"We have been with MoorePay for 20 years…"

We have been with MoorePay for 20 years (originally as First Business Support). During that time they were very helpful with our HR and H&S, producing lots of useful documents and so on. But really we didn't have much to do with them - until in 2018 we were accused of discrimination by an employee. At this point things seriously stepped up a gear.
The whole process was handed over to MoorePay and its staff. They really could not have been more helpful, knowledgeable or prompt. Nevertheless the claim progressed to court in September 2021.
MoorePay provided us with its own solicitor, Afsha Sindhu, who frankly deserves a medal. She worked incredibly hard and all the hours, while remaining supportive and helpful throughout. In addition we were appointed with a barrister - Michael Salter, who was exceptional. Together these two tackled the claim in court, didn't miss a trick or fact, knew the law inside out and as a consequence the claim was dismissed.
It is hard to thank these people enough. It is easy to be complacent and think that this will never happen, but when it does you need MoorePay at your back. All the people we dealt with were very good, but a special thanks is due to Afsha and Michael.

I’ve always found Moorepay to be extremely helpful. They are always on hand to offer advice along with reassuring me on decisions. They provide document templates, employment law updates and advice on complex matters. The team are very friendly and calls are always answered quickly.
