So far people at Moorepay have done a very good job with the implementation and were very nice! We give a 4 instead of 5 because sometimes it was a bit long to get answers to our e-mails, but beside that, the service is good so far!

Sam in sales was excellent, he understood our needs and and made a real effort to put together a package that worked for us without overselling stuff we didn't need.

Angelia managed our onboarding, she was very efficient and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Even if Angelia had to send my query to a different team, she was on the ball every step of the way to make sure the query was answered in a timely manner.

Anand from the faster payments team was also great and had us all set up promptly.

The 5 star rating is based on the service received - I do think the platform is a little outdated and somewhat expensive for us as micro-company (5 employees), but the excellent service makes up for it.
