"Out family rented a villa this summer, and what a terrible disappointment! …"

Out family rented a villa this summer and had communicated many emails for many months going through the various deatils and expectations George and his team were responsive and their concierge Ed was excellent in getting all reservations , cars etc organized. However we arrived at the villa and were so disappointed. .nothing was ready, no hangers, it wasnt clean, or prepared. The rooms stunk of humidity, the grounds and facilities filthy, the garden unkept and the photos on the website did not reflect at all the bila and what it looks like today. We paid for a 5 start house and experience and got a 3rd class house! The WiFi didnt work in some of the rooms and was only fixed on the 4th day. I complained as soon as we arrived to the house managet who was sweet but we needed George and the owners to react . It took l Georrge 3 days to respond and we never heard one word from the owners. We were sent a bunch of flowers as an apology The house didnt even have one welcome amenity whereas the lovely chef we had booked gave us a beautiful orchid plant! I cannot begin to say how disappointed we were. I have since seem other villas where friends are staying and have rented that are exceptional and for a lot less. We have never heard one word since and as far as customer service i can say its one of the worst we have experienced. I am only sharing this post so this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

"Wonderful Ibiza Holiday"

We have rented Villas in Ibiza through Dynamic Lives the last 5 summers . Every time we have had complicated criteria as not only did we need a villa to not my family with young children (under 8) but also to take into account different friends who also stay with us, who have older children. Each time George Burdon and his team have found us the perfect spot to stay. The first few years we stayed at a villa in the North and more recently in Cala Tarida and Es Cubells . Every time the villa exceeded our expectations, was spotlessly clean and we were welcomed by the on-site team.

The Dynamic Lives team have also helped us arrange a chef every year, which I highly recommend, as it enables you to enjoy the local produce and have lovely chilled lunches and dinners at the villa. It also enables you to entertain friends easily. George and his on site team also are great with helping books lunches or organising boat trips etc. And we have had some magical days in Formentera as a result.

The on site team are super helpful and respond quickly to requests and they also have great knowledge of lots of insider tips on where to go and what to do,

I highly recommend Dynamic Lives if you are looking to stay in Ibiza.

The Dynamic Lives team looked after our trip amazingly well, whether we were after fun or quiet time during our stay. We went to all the best places. My family and friends will definitely use the gang again to plan a specially holiday.

Our stay with Dynamic Lives was first class and Rich, the man on the ground locally, was always highly professional and helpful!. We are a group of friends in our early 40s and have been to Ibiza many times before so we just wanted a chilled trip and didn’t need to stay in the centre of the island. The villa was perfect. The best thing about it is the view of the sea and Es Vedrà. The villa was spacious and sparkling clean. We used the pool and the BBQ every day. There are also things to do in the area like Sunset Ashram and the beaches close by, but it was still easy enough to get to other parts of the island. Hope to be able to stay there again at some point in the future.

The villa was exceptional and DL staff were really friendly and helpful. I highly recommend DL for an Ibizan holiday, if you want to experience the best the island has to offer with excellent service.
