Fantastic service. I can’t recommend them enough. Prescription goggles can be so expensive but these are good quality, a reasonable price and their customer service is excellent. Good dispatch time too!

I had a very good experience with Prescription Swimming Goggles. I recently ordered my first pair to try and I had some issues with the optics and they didn't quite fit right.

After a quick and friendly phone call my return was sorted and I had a new pair of goggles on the way. The new pair arrived next day and work great! Looking forward to being able to see when swimming.

I am a short sighted scuba diver who likes taking macro photos. As James is an optician he is able to look at the prescription from my optician and say what correction I need in my diving mask so I can both see distance and close up. As my prescription changes I return my masks to be updated and have done this several times. This time I thought the short sight needed to be changed and prepaid for the new lenses. When James reviewed my sight test he was able to say the existing short sight lenses should be fine. I was therefore due a refund which has arrived in my bank account. Great to know a business more concerned about customer service than profit line.
