"Lo barato sale caro con esta empresa"

Compre una bomba grundfos en esta empresa que venía defectuosa y me hicieron pagar los gastos de envío de la devolución (25 euros),
La mandaron al servicio oficial para comprobar que realmente estaba defectuosa de fábrica y así fue, me mandan un correo diciendo que me mandaran una nueva pero que los 25 euros de envío de la devolución corren por mi cuenta.
En fin compro un producto nuevo que viene defectuoso de fábrica y esta empresa y que no he llegado a usar y esta empresa no corre con los gastos de devolución.
Al final lo barato me salió caro.
Os aconsejo no comprar aquí, gastarse un poco más en empresas que traten a sus clientes como deben.

Lean la respuesta que me han dado y juzguen vosotros mismos la diferencia de comprar en rehabilataweb o comprar en una empresa sería.
Que culpa tendré yo de que la pieza venga defectuosa de fábrica.

J'ai commandé fin octobre un visiophone connecté Legrand qui devait m'être livré en 5 jours maxi. 24 heures plus tard, mail du vendeur m'indiquant qu'ils n'avaient pas été livrés et que je devais attendre jusqu'au 25 novembre (et encore, pas certain qu'il soit dispo à cette date).
J'ai donc décidé d'annuler ma commande, mais vu les avis sur ce site, je suis passé via la création d'un litige sur Paypal. Et là, grave erreur !
Sur les 199,50 € de commande, j'ai été remboursé de 180,88 € soit 18,62 € de frais de port et gestion (?) non remboursés (alors que le produit n'a jamais été livré).
J'ai demandé l'intervention de Paypal qui eux avaient purement et simplement clôturé le litige donc plus de recours possible.
J'ai via leur site et compte tenu de ce qu'ils m'avaient écrit, demandé leur intervention pour qu'ils me virent la somme sur mon compte courant mais aucune réponse.
Ces gens sont clairement peu honnêtes car ils m'avaient clairement écrit qu'ils ne gardaient pas des sommes qui ne leur appartenaient pas.
Plus jamais d'achats chez eux.

El embalaje venía por debajo roto, pegado con cinta del transportista, sin posibilidad de dejar constancia en albarán porque no existía. Había grietas en embalaje. Las especificaciones sobre distancias entre elementos del termo no se corresponden exactamente con lo indicado en el momento venta. Espero que no haya problema en la instalación.

How am I to know that you do not answer calls from outside Spain? It is not on your site, although a phonenumber is mentioned when setting your site to any other language than Spanish.
It is also not mentioned automatically when you are called by a customer. And the phone ìs answered, but just in Spanish. No one to tell me in English that you don't help customers by phone from abroad there as well. Everything that is mentioned is not understandable for international buyers. And when I call back the agent just disconnects. How friendly is that, leaving the customer unknown of why the phone won't be answered?

I did receive the notification that delivery was delayed, but only after several mails, contact forms (which take days to get answered) and a review. If resonse takes this long, it is very understandable that customers start calling by phone when they can't find nowhere that that is not possible.

Even now, you site says that this product can be delivered withing 3-5 working days althpugh already last week you knew that this product can't be delivered that fast.

I won't cancel the order and wait for end November. I just wished you had informed me a bit better, and faster.

EDIT 1: After this review, finally got an email that delivery is postponed for another month...

I am getting quite angry this company by now.
I have sent several inquiries though their contact form by now, which are not answered.

When I call them, I get someone on the phone who only speaks Spanish and no English at all. When I ask for someone who does speak English, I get another Spanish answer and are not transferred to another agent. She even hangs up on me!
You sell internationally! Why is there no one who speaks English??? When I call back, the phone is always disconnected. You don't even want to speak to me anymore?

I need more information about when my order is being sent. It is still their website as "in stock", which clearly isn't. Only one response that it is being ordered at their supplier, but no estimate delivery whatsoever...

Tienda muy recomendable,súper rápida la entrega,pedí un termo el martes por la noche y el miércoles ya se había enviado.Tambien muchas gracias a la empresa de reparto en mi caso Ontime,me lo iban a entregar el jueves pero por las dimensiones del camión no pudo acceder a mi calle y me avisaron para retrasar la entrega al viernes,el viernes a las 14:00 veo que no ha salido a reparto y me pongo en contacto con ellos y les comento que llevo más de 1 semana sin agua caliente porque se me estropeó el termo y que me hacía falta,a las 16:30 ya me lo habían entregado.Muy buen servicio de ambos.

I ordered 5/8 insulated copper pipes for my aircon. Arrived very fast. But ffs the product quality is utter f. rubbish. In hour a sweared the whole vocabulary. The copper pipes thin as paper. Useless. They bending and breaking from a slight fart. Even the cutting is impossible. It does not hold shape whatsoever. They should be banned and punished to sell product like this online!
