The zip broke on my Toggi riding boots that were only 6 months old. And I’d just thrown out my receipt and deleted the order confirmation email. Contacted REDPOST and after a week my replacement boots have arrived today.
Amazing service from you guys I can’t thank you enough. It would have been easy for you to say take it up with Toggi or no receipt no help. But you have been amazing from start to finish so thank you to everyone who helped me with this. I’m going riding ☺️

The best equine shop in the southwest if not UK. Excellent customer service - even with an unruly 5 year old who didn’t want to try on hats, the girls have the patience of saints and the cafe is great too. Highly knowledgeable team, can’t recommend them enough!
