Free postage arrived very quickly and then I had to return sadly because I needed a different size. This too was quick, the on line help was very helpful and I was most pleased to have free return. I would give a zero if I could. Ordered a numnah and ears both of which were showing as in stock. Emailed following non delivery ( despite getting an email saying it would be despatched days earlier ) only to be told there is a supply chain issue. If you are showing in stock please have the products available. If you do not have them, just say ! I’d prefer honesty rather than taking payment for items you simply do not have
