We ran out of oil, owing to a poorly calibrated watchman fitted by the oil tank engineer.
When I explained this to Broadland, the very kind customer adviser arranged very speedy delivery.
Delivery driver was very prompt and considerate.
Thank you so much. Our disabled son who used a wheelchair was delighted when the heating came back on!
