So SO happy with this purchase! I saw some of TAI jewelry at a local spa and had to check out some more! I love everything I bought. The quality is amazing. It’s dainty and classic. It’s even more beautiful in person! The only thing that would make it better would be if it was safe to wear while swimming or showering because I don’t want to take it off!

I bought a pair of earrings from a boutique store that you sell in in Nantucket a few years back. I immediately fell in love with them and have worn them every single day and even in the shower. I have become emotionally attached to these earrings to the point where when one finally started to rust, I knew I had to buy them again. However I forgot the name of the place I bought them, so I became a detective. The search was crazy! I used Google maps street view to find the location of the store then looked at a Nantucket store directory, found the store by matching it, looked through the Instagram account of the store because they don’t have a website, looked through all the Instagram stories to see one tiny clip of the earring brand, found your website , and finally found them! Whatever you do, never stop selling the Gold Huggies with CZ Accent. Worth every cent!

I never received a pre paid label like they said for the necklace and ankle bracelet I returned. Both items were over priced and not quality made. I pd for the return. Then I received my refund for what I pd for it. I shouldn’t have to pay for returns when one of the pieces was tarnished. Went thru this before with an item I bought had to return within a few months monogram necklace was tarnished. Very disappointed in the quality of purchases. Will definitely not be purchasing anymore.😡

I recently purchased some jewelry from TAI-Jewelry and overall, I am quite satisfied with my purchase. The designs are unique and eye-catching, and the quality of the materials used is evident. The only reason I'm not giving five stars is because I found some of the pieces to be slightly overpriced for what they are. However, I still believe that the quality and beauty of the jewelry make it worth the investment. Tai has a great variety and excellent customer service. I got a wrong item once and they did a great job of replacing it. The only negative thing I have to say is that they don’t have enough sales.
