Confusing purchasing process with a lot of hoops to jump through. We traveled 2 hours to the distributor location only to find that our order wasn't in existence. The reference number we were given referenced a completely different order. So... now I have paid for something that I have no idea if or when we will get it along with wasting the travel time. What a headache.
Edit: Andrew was able to turn around our order quickly to fix the wrong order number. We appreciated the quick trouble shooting in order to make our trip to the distributor warehouse worthwhile. Hopefully the product is as good as their service.

I didn't get a confirmation email but called the following day and got everything taken care of. The only down side is they do not offer expedited shipping on any order no matter the cost. I was willin to pay the shipping but they said they cant.

Numerous times I have called to place an order. I always ask what the lead time is to get the product. I tell them that I need to make sure it will be received by a certain date. Each time I place the order they assure me that I will receive my materials by the dates I have given. However, EVERY time I have NOT received them when needed. I keep giving them multiple chances to recoup themselves and I am let down every time and have had to spend more to have employees drive out of state to deliver the materials. As soon as I can, we will be finding another supplier.
