second day delivery. left a 4 pint semi skimmed plastic bottle instead of 1 pint whole milk glass bottle.

Signed up, initial payment taken, date of first delivery confirmed, didn’t arrive, called them, date of first delivery confirmed on the phone, then email saying couldn’t deliver in our area, they will issue a refund.

Didn’t realise how much I needed dairy milk, until my first delivery! This is by far the best tasting milk I’ve ever had. We’ve tried all the milkshakes & they are delicious. Great service! Who doesn’t want fresh milk on their doorstep

I’ve only been with McQueen dairies for a few months but they have always delivered when they say there going to, had a problem with my order one week but it was sorted quickly and efficient, the customer service are very helpful and nothing is to much, would definitely recommend them.

"Worst Customer Service Ever"

Absolutely horrendous company to deal with. They failed to deliver several times but still invoiced me by email. I rejected these, also by email, but apparently I have to phone them to dispute and cancel.

I’ve refused and confirmed my security cameras prove no deliveries were made. They don’t care… they email and email and email harassing for payment (£12!) but have continually failed to acknowledge their error or investigate because apparently that can only happen if you call. Zero consideration for Customer circumstances and absolutely zero Customer service.

Literally the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. Avoid these scammers at all costs!
