"McQueens Failure to deliver"
Your website indicated they were capable of delivering to my house. Milk, orange juice and eggs to my door step as advertised on webpage. However when I signed up I received NO deliveries. They claimed the milk, oj and eggs could only be delivered to outside the close door, not to my door as stipulated. I asked for the cancellation of the service on 17th December but I then had to follow this up with a phone call to cancel. This was done before Christmas. Now I have received an email saying monies are owed but still to this day I have never received any milk, any orange juice or any eggs I ordered for ANY of the weeks I was a customer. I find this an appalling & abysmal service. How can you charge someone who asks to cancel their service who received NO goods in return? Shocking!!! If I could give 0 stars I would.

I’m really enjoying the fresh milkshakes every morning. The only issue is I missed one bottle but I think the neighbours taking it but I’m a little bit upset about it but I can’t do anything about that but I really enjoyed the product that you provide. Thank you.

i have a delivery mondays and thursday. i decided on bottles and milk shake and juice . no more having to carry from the shops and the products are great . its delivered during the night ready for me to bring in on the morning . its great service . Thank you Mcqueens .

Placed an order on 13th Dec which was due to arrive on 19th, called on the 19th to find out when it was coming to be told that the system had an error and I would not get my order until the 6th Jan. Not ideal as no communication but it is Christmas time so we went with it. Got the order on the 6th Jan which was great, lovely milk! Was looking for my order on Thur 9th Jan but didn't come, nothing on my log in to show how to change an order just to call the office if any problems. Called the office to be told that they now deliver on a Friday and I should get my order then, the lady said there seemed to be an issue with my log in and would call me back once she had confirmed with the delivery people that my order would in fact arrive on the 10th and would also then help me make changes to it. No phone call back and no delivery. Still nothing showing on my log in of any orders or how to change. I give up!

"I don’t recommend"
I don’t recommend, this has been a headache since I signed up in December for twice weekly deliveries. I waited on the text message to set up my direct debit as instructed by the order confirmation, it never arrived. I did receive an email saying that my account had been cancelled and they’re sad to see me go, all without a pint of milk even landing on my doorstep (I assumed it was an admin error).
I left it a further week to see if I’d receive anything, nothing appeared. I chased the status of my order via email yesterday, advised by customer services (Sean) that it was due today, hurray! Opened the door this morning…no milk! I phoned customer services to cancel my order and request a refund (having now arranged an alternative dairy for my milk) thinking it would be a quick and straightforward phone call. I was wrong. It took me 11 minutes to finally get a resolution and McQueens to agree to a refund. The customer representative tried to fob me off with a credit to my account (which I never got the link to set up) and she would chase a delivery for Tuesday (the very day I told her my new dairy would be delivering). She suggested I cancel my account with the new dairy and allow McQueens the chance to deliver on Tuesday.
It’s also become apparent that McQueens sub contract the deliveries to the local company I’ve now set up an account with.
I absolutely do not recommend McQueens! Lack of communication, lack of milk deliveries and difficult to arrange refunds for lack of service.

"Terrible"
Terrible, only received one delivery, missed my next which was the last one before Christmas, had to phone the call centre was passed from pillow to post and said driver must of forgot and they had a lot of deliveries on, then had to request cancellation refund, took ages to come through - cancelled whole service - big corporation go for your local independent instead - they'll care more when they get it wrong
