Just started to get deliveries from McQueen’s. Going well so far. I had to alter my order and it was easily done but was not altered immediately. It was not a problem. I think if I was going on holiday I might have to give more of an advance notification time wise.

Was very happy with our order and actually increased our order as I'd underestimated how much milk we would need. But then we received the wrong order nearly a week ago and ive emailed the company twice but have not had a reply. I'll be cancelling if we get the wrong order again tomorrow as ive already had to go out and buy more milk.

I signed up for this nearly a month ago. Then found out they don’t deliver to my area, but only after I phoned them because there was no delivery. I thought this would be a good idea for me because it would make life a bit easier, while supporting a dairy directly. I was told when I phoned that I would be refunded and the person I spoke to apologised, they said it’s an issue with their online form, I was fine with this and understood there may be a delay because of the Christmas period. The person I first spoke to was helpful. Then 2 weeks later, still no refund. I phoned again at the beginning of the week and spoke to another member of staff, who said that they don’t deliver to my area (which I already knew as there was no delivery) and said that Mcqueens sent out emails and text messages re no deliveries in certain areas, this was after money would have been taken from what I can understand, but I didn’t receive any email or text about this hence the phone calls. I informed the member of staff I was speaking to that I never received an email or a text (but even if I did, i still need refunding… ) The person I spoke to was a bit argumentative and didn’t really give any good customer service. Just said they would pass it on, there was no apology over being refunded or the fact I didn’t get any communication they just said that “everyone had had emails or a text after I said I hadn’t. I know it’s not a lot of money that’s been taken, but it’s the principle. Avoid
