Anytime I have phoned the customer service the staff are great and really nice, you'se all must have a laugh in that call centre! I want a job! 😁

I felt overwhelmed by the pushy salesman on my doorstep and only afterwards realised that a delivery and account would be set up. This was not clear to me when I gave him my details. I thought I had only registered an interest. When I received a text message the next day it transpired a delivery was already scheduled. I then decided to cancel this commitment but found out that an email would not be accepted as cancellation method but they required a phone call. By the time I had this reply from them it was past their office hours and too late for a phone call. I feel completely tricked by this company as they just delivered the milk ( 2x more than I had expressed my interest in, and on the wrong day - it states Tuesdays and Fridays on my leaflet, and they delivered on Monday). When I spoke to them on the phone they asked for payment for the delivered milk which I made but I feel I shouldn't have. What about a cool off period for any subscription? They made it hard to cancel as they did not accept an email notification, and the setup was quick and pushy. I feel these are aggressive sales practices and very poor customer service. I did not realise the salesman committed me to an account, and he set up an unwanted amount; and milk was delivered a day earlier than stated on leaflet. All this happened within a few days which made a cancellation impossible for me due to their methods. Regarding the milk itself, when I asked which local farms it came from he vaguely mentioned Maidenhead etc, (my vicinity) but I doubt that now.

I wish we could all turn back time and have fresh deliveries daily,I used to be one! I thought at first it was going to be a disaster but credit due to McQueens Dairies they have fulfilled their promise of delivery on time and in a safe place consistently 😀 so for that reason I'm going to increase my deliveries to twice weekly. Keep up the good work much appreciated.

Cannot cancel your subscription online. You must ring up. Customer service staff are rude and pushy.

Love having my milk delivered. Service is very good both with delivery and help on the phone. Only had one morning when it was delivered late but its never happened since.

Two drivers outside my house at 6.30am. slamming doors, talking rather loudly (could hear their whole conversation) moving bottles from one van to the other. Not sure why doors needed to be slammed so often. Not very considerate of children and adults still sleeping.
