"Tried to cancel today - Hard sell"

Tried to cancel today as it isn't working for us to be given the hard sell and the call handler would not cancel my account despite numerous requests.

Its a hard sell about supporting farmers, milk on the supermarket shelves being two weeks old and how I shouldn't shop in a supermarket.

They don't listen when you want to leave.

Appalling company.
