"No delivery of milk today ( Thursday…"
No delivery of milk today ( Thursday 23rd January and no information about it. I had to telephone and was told that there would be no delivery but she would get in touch with the driver. This is unacceptable as we live 8 miles from the shops. I need to be able to count on the deliveries and I must say the service has been good until today.
I also had to listen to a long list of items like eggs and milk shakes that I could have delivered. That is not what you want to hear when your delivery has not been made.

"Terrible service & customer services"
Regularly missed deliveries and very difficult to get hold of them. Cancelled the subscription via email as we were moving out of the area a week before next delivery due. They delivered milk after we moved despite the cancellation in November and have been harassing us for £4 several times a week since then stating there terms and conditions require cancellation by phone. The phone calls are increasingly rude and borderline aggressive. Email communication is perfectly valid under the terms Consumer Rights Act 2015. I refuse to pay for something they decided to deliver despite knowing I had cancelled. I will be reporting them to trading standards. AVOID!!

I started getting my milk delivered about 10 weeks ago, and it’s delivered twice a week and there has never been an issue. Highly recommend milk deliveries to your door. This works for me.

Milks delivered by a man that literally chucks and runs, he delivers earlier than he should so the milk goes off before it's use by and that's unopened. 4 bottles of milk binned and unused and at £2.70 odd a bottle, not ideal!
Website funnily enough won't allow you to cancel service, you still have to have that 1 milk on your account-utter scam.
Then when you do ring they encourage you to stay on!
If you want to cancel though you have to ring up and then fight to cancel! Was on the phone for a good 15 minutes just trying to cancel it, given the " I can't cancel until I've logged a product quality complaint" but that's not what I asked to do? I asked to cancel....after alot of pushing, finally cancelled but they don't make it easy! Never ever again will I trust this company.
Edit, the response below states, they've contacted me, just like to confirm they haven't, they've shut my account down also so I have no access to see if I've been charged correctly to the amount of deliveries received.
Avoid this company and buy from milk and more I've heard there good!

On two occasions I didn't receive my milk. I phoned & the person taking my call apologised. My bill was updated with no further problems. I explained that my house was down an unlit drive behind other houses and could easily be missed.

"Diabolical company with a careless attitude"
After the recent bovaer scandal, we decided to start buying locally... what a waste of time. On the 9th Jan, the day our first delivery was meant to take place, I was surprised to find nothing was delivered. After calling the company and confirming my address I was informed they had no idea why my order wasn't delivered and apologised. The following Monday, again, nothing was delivered. After calling up again, I was informed the address they had tried to deliver to the previous 2 times was entirely different, despite having confirmed my address the Monday prior. On the Wednesday I called again just to double check the address they would deliver to the next morning was definitely correct. Thursday morning, the 3rd time we received no milk. After calling again, I was told their had been a holiday placed on the account for no reason whatsoever. I spoke to the manager who apologised profusely and promised I would never have to call again despite initially trying to cancel. Monday morning, the 5th time we received no milk. By this point I was absolutely furious after having to call the company 5 consecutive times and despite their efforts to retain me as a customer, I cancelled. The company should be ashamed after such diabolical communication and a careless attitude when people are trying to support their local farmers all you get in return is a poor service. Stick to your organic shop bought milk, its definitely not worth the hassle.

"Too Much Hassle! "
Started up with these guys in October for organic milk after chap came to door. Nothing to do with Bovar, we only drink organic and thought it might make life easier getting it delivered. No issues initially but last few weeks absolutely shameful service. After the week before last thinking the milk was off we realised it was premier normal milk and not Organic as it should have been. Then two separate chats one via telephone, and one via email over 2 deliveries persuading us to give another chance (so two chances to rectify) but wish I hadn't bothered. I was told the shortage is due to Bovar in media in recent weeks and I stated this should not affect longer term customers and was assured we would get our contracted organic milk. Alas nope. 3 quarts of normal milk this past week no organic in sight. Tuesday was our delivery and I emailed to say I'm cancelling with immediate effect and cancelled direct debit. Today I received a text from milkman to say payment not met and I need to phone. I have replied stating I will pay for my eggs but I am not paying for a product I did not order. I will not be phoning. I have put my cancellation in writing and I am not rising to the "you need to phone for security" nonsense. Done this twice and was persuaded each time to give them another chance so no thank you I am done. The 3 quarts will be placed on the doorstep for pick up on Friday by the milkman. It's not worth the stress! Organic milk is available in supermarkets. Ps. In response to your comment below I will not be phoning. You can email me directly the cost of the eggs and I will arrange for payment to be sent..Yawn with the ex uses about lack of supplies - as a company you really shouldn't be asking for second and third chances when you have no commitment to supplying the correct order. Plenty organic milk in supermarkets...the only company that seems to have an issue recently is McQueens!!!! The incorrect milk will be placed outside for collection tomorrow. I won't enter into further communication. I am done 👍
