Incredibly impressive customer service from all aspects. Can’t recall better from any business, ever.

On top of what appears to be incredibly high quality product. Packaging is great as it takes up less space in the fridge/freezer, although can be a little messy.

I have tried a several raw food companies over the years and I can say without question that Honeys is head and shoulders above all others.
Their food is clearly of excellent quality, their ethics are brilliant, their website is easy to navigate and they are extremely professional and go the extra mile to help you all the while being ultra friendly and accommodating.
A brilliant company which seems to encompass good 'old fashioned' customer service and also an A1 product!, qualities, which are all unfortunately very rare in the current world. I do have one regret however, and that is that I didn't discover them a lot sooner!

"Absolutely great company, top quality food"

Absolutely great company. I fed my dogs raw food before. And I learned that not all raw food is the same. The quality is outstanding and the ratio of meat/organ/bone to vegetable is just right. Much better than 80/10/10. Every interaction I had with Honey’s is so easy and everyone is very helpful. We got the book and i found it really helpful and just make sense I read it in one day and do go back to it for helpful tips. So happy I found you guys. Thank you for your great work, please don’t change!

"Highly recommend Honeys"

Highly recommend Honeys. The food is great quality and at a fair price. The services they’ve provided for someone new to raw feeding was really helpful and you really feel like you’re getting a personalised service. I understand raw feeding isn’t for everyone but if you do want to give it a go I’d easily recommend Honeys. My only criticism would be the packaging isn’t the easiest to work with and it can be a bit finicky to get the food out but its nothing that is too bad.

I’ve been a customer of Honey’s for the last 8 years after the recommendation of our breeder. Our Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier has never been fed on anything other than raw food and he has thrived on it. I can’t recommend their customer service more highly. They are efficient, helpful and more than exceed what you’d generally expect, including delivering a small amount of food to me on holiday several years ago when I realised I was short with very little notice. I have been feeding my dog from Honeys for 10 years now, it has been a great experience for me and my dog! He has been happy and healthy on their food and they are an excellent company to deal with, and they are always there to give professional advice with any dietary issues your dog may have. I contacted Honey’s Real Dog Food before I picked up our 10 week Lagotto Romagnolo (now 17 months). Right from the off I had access to the most helpful and experienced nutrition team. They take a real interest in my dog and I know he is getting the very best diet.
I love the fact that they have the highest welfare standards and that they care about the planet too.
Honey’s are my type of people and my dog’s robust good health, fresh breath and small firm poos show just how great the food is - looks good enough for humans actually.
