Ordered goods from Euroguitar. Order tracking did not work, so I had no idea when it would arrive. Anyway it arrived quickly and package was in prestine order. TNT delivery was signed by my daughter...
Unfortunately when package was opened the ordered product was clearly damaged, apparantly dropped on floor or something.
As TNT delivery was signed with no claims Euroguitar does not accept any liability on transport damage, so now they say I am a "happy" owner of goods worth several hundred euros....
BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY !!!!!!
Do not sign anything without opening the boxes and thoroughly inspecting all goods. If there are hidden damage, you will not be able to change them!
I warmly recommend Thomann instead, very good experience also when something goes wrong (as it tends to do sometimes)

Despite other reviews I have to admit i had a good experince dealing with this company. Nice service (both mail and phone). Quick dispatch and track-and-trace all the way. Had it in a week after placing the order. And i live in Denmark. Good work. Furthermore, the guitar was packed really well and arrived without a scratch.
