Nuls et archi nuls ! Surtout n'achetez pas chez eux !
Commande passée fin Janvier d'une guitare annoncée en stock, en 3X.
Après m'avoir fait lanterner des mois, alors que l'intégralité de la somme a été payée, j'ai du me résigner à annuler cette commande et on m'annonce aujourd'hui (10/04/21) que la première mensualité me sera remboursée et les suivantes ne seront pas prélevées !!?
Comment font-ils pour être aussi mauvais ?
Habitué à l'achat d'instruments par internet, j'ai eu quelques mauvaises surprises, mais là ça dépasse tout !

Commande passée il y a 8 jours (deux guitares) initialement en stock.. et on m'indique aujourd'hui par mail que l'une des deux est en cours de réassort chez le fournisseur et ne sera donc disponible que dans quelques semaines... Et que l'on ne me sorte pas l'excuse du covid, de l'organisation etc, la communication est primordiale.
Merci à eux de m'avoir prévenue presque 10 jours après et de ne pas m'avoir proposé une solution alternative, geste commercial.. La satisfaction client n'est définitivement pas leur priorité et ils manquent cruellement de serieux: première commande passée chez eux et la dernière.

Matériel commandé, marqué comme "en stock" lors de la commande et puis plus aucune nouvelles (aucun mail de confirmation, rien du tout). Montant débité de mon compte tout de suite évidemment...
Après quelques tentative par téléphone et bcp de patience j'ai enfin quelqu'un qui me dit que finalement ce n'est pas de stock mais qu'elle va se renseigner chez le fournisseur et me recontacter par mail, j'attends toujours des nouvelles 1 semaine après ! Cela fait maintenant plus d'un mois que j'attends ma commande ...

J'ai effectué une commande sur le site, pour un article marqué dispo et en stock, une semaine après aucune nouvelle de ma commande, curieux je repart voir le statut de celle-ci sur le site, et là stupeur, le statut de l'article à changé en reappro, et dispo dans 2 mois.
Le montant de Ma commande elle a bien été débité de mon compte.
Aucun suivi, personne pour me prévenir qu'il y a un délai d'attente de 2 mois supplémentaires.
Prise de contact avec la hotline du site, armé vous de patience et prévoyait d'avoir une batterie pleine a votre phone , car l'attente dure une éternité.
Bref sur le sites ils annonce un envoye rapide...ils devraient plutot marqué "debit sur votre compte rapide".
En ce qui concerne ce site, comme dirai Gandalf "FUYEZ PAUVRES FOU !!!"

This is a very bad company indeed. I saw a Gibson guitar on their site that I wanted. However, I wanted to buy it in the store, after reading a lot of bad reviews. Their site stated that the guitar was available in the Lille store. I sent an email, asking if she was actually present in the store, because I live more than 100 kilometers away and did not want to do that distance without being sure? After a few days I received an answer via email that the guitar could not be bought in the store, but could only be ordered through the site. (although it said on the site and now it still says they have one in the store). I sent another email, asking how long it took to send that guitar and whether the guitar could still be brought to the store (the site says: Magasin Euroguitar Lille: 'Dispo sur commande'. Disponible means available , so available on order). Their site said 3 to 5 days, but I didn't trust this anymore as they couldn't bring it to the store in Lille. I did not receive any answer. Do they actually have the guitar in stock? Then try via the facebook page. After a few days I got an answer: just come and buy the guitar in the store. Nothing more than tese words. I didn't get an answer to the question whether the guitar was definitely available in the store. Eventually I tried to call but I succeed. but after pressing a dialing key I just get the same message every time to make a choice in another language. Then another message sent to ask if they have a different phone number. I got no answer to this. They are unable or unwilling to communicate in connection with a purchase. What should this be if there are problems with a purchased item? I found their site through gibson's website. It's a shame that a company like Gibson works with such bunglers. Too bad you can't give no star. They don't deserve one. Does this company actually exist? They certainly show no sign of life.

"Worst company ever"
Worst company ever! I bought the wrong guitar by mistake through their website, then I inmediatly asked them to change my order (another guitar). They've had enough time to do it, because it's been 5 days since I bought it. This happened last friday, now it's Wednesday and today they have sent the wrong item, even though I've written them lots of Emails, but I have got absolutely no response, I've called them several times (international line) and they won't even pick up the phone, I've been completely ignored. Very bad experience, since they give you no option to cancel or modify your order. (I understand you can't cancel or modify it once it's been sent). I feel like they wanted to sell it to me anyway, This is the first time I have this issue with a company. I guess I'll have to wait until it arrives (from france to spain) and then send it back ( paying shipping costs) , though I don't know how. Let's hope I have no trouble returning it. Aweful customer service!

le produit était déjà arrêté par ROLAND, et seuls les stocks permettaient d'honorer la commande - euroguitar m'a prévenu qq semaines après la commande, en expliquant qu'il ne pouvaient plus le fournir

"Avoid Euroguitar because they are…"
Avoid Euroguitar because they are dishonest, don't reply to emails and hang up on you on the phone.I ordered a guitar from Euroguitar. It was delivered in a reasonable time. However, I received the guitar and had it for 2 hours before deiding I did not like it. The Guitar arrived in good new untouched condition. I re-packaged the guitar and used the forms to return the guitar back following Euroguitars instructions. Their policy states they would refund the money within 15 days. Please be aware that you are responsible for paying the postage to return unwanted goods. After 15 days, I heard nothing. I sent an email, but they did not reply. I phoned them and they rudley hung up on me. It took the third call before someone took me seriously. I was told that they had received the guitar back from me and was told the refund would be processed. However, they sent me an email with photos of the guitar with scratch marks on it, which I did not do and refused to give me a refund and said they would be sending the guitar back to me. I felt someone purposley scratched the guitar to avoid refunding me. I called them again to complain. Half way through the conversation, they pretend they cannot hear you even though I knew they could. I therefore had to raise a dispute with paypal and eventually won the case and got refunded the full amount. DO NOT ORDER FROM EUROGUITAR. THEY ARE LIARS AND TRY TO UNLAWFULLY TAKE YOUR MONEY.

I have sent 5 messages. I had a question about a guitar. There is no response to any message. Very bad service and I have my reservations about this company.

"Efficient delivery to the UK"
Ordered a Sire acoustic guitar for delivery to the UK because Anderton's (the only UK stockist) was out. Euroguitar was very good. After they got my bank transfer, they got the guitar to me within a few days. They respond reasonably quickly to emails.
