"What's with the Police hats?"

Fantastic service. I usually get my order within 3 days. Only have a couple of gripes. 1. The Police cap I ordered said that it was only in one size. Which I thought would be fine as most caps are adjustable. When I received it and tried it on, it was too small. I looked at the back where there is usually some sort of moveable strap and there wasn't anything. There is a piece of elastic on the inside, but that barely moves at all. 2. I don't seem to be able to get any points on my account. I have done everything asked in order to get them, but still nothing. I have sent an email asking for some assistance, but no one has been intouch yet. But apart from these two small problems, the service and other clothes I have bought have all been fine.

I ordered some items recently but unfortunately input my address incorrectly. Despite immediately phoning to amend and 2 messages sent to them they have done nothing and my parcel was issued to the wrong address. They never made any attempt to email or phone me or leave a message. To date I haven't received anything as it is with the courier who wouldnt amend the address either. V poor
