Efficient and trouble free ordering. Polo shirt was of excellent quality but unfortunately too small for my son. I didn't realise that it was slim fit, so tbis accounts for the mistake. Because the method for returns was well explained, this posed no problems. Would not hesitate to order again.

This company is just incredible. It has put my faith back into businesses - all should take a leaf out of their book! The item was packaged brilliantly and arrived much sooner than expected. There was a fault with the zip even though everything else was perfect and they bent over backwards to replace the item and this all happened quickly, easily and with nothing but outstanding customer service from the phones and emails. A refund was sent immediately with a hand written letter - very nice touch - and all this was done without needing to ask. What a thoroughly superb company.
