Hi,

I received an email offering £5 off your next order so I ordered some jeans but the voucher code didn't work. I followed this up via email only to be told by Julie, eventually, it would come of my next order..erm hardly what the original email stated. Emailed Julie again asking for a £5 credit but still waiting. I will not be using your company again at this rate..which is a shame over £5 but on a matter on principal.
