We are sorry to say that we ordered an item over a week ago and apart from the initial acknowledgement, we have heard nothing.
There has never been any indication of delivery times to expect and having ordered for a birthday present we are very worried it won't arrive in time. We also note that this firm charges for the delivery unlike some other firms who deliver free.
I have emailed today to ask about delivery and as yet there has been no response.
I hope we hear something very soon and that we receive the order very quickly now
