I found this website by chance because I was looking for a particular item of clothing , namely a Fred perry polo shirt. The design of the shirt is quite difficult to get, but tdf had it in stock. When I saw the price I was gobsmaked!!! It was almost thirty percent cheaper than other outlets! I thought this was too good to be true, but ordered the shirt anyway. I must admit I was a bit apprehensive but any fears of buying on line were unfounded! I phoned tdf the next day to ask if the order had went through. The customer service staff answered the call in less than two minutes and were very professional and helpful. They located my order and confirmed it was dispatched that day and they provided a tracking number! I work in London in a customer service role and I was extremely I'mpressed with the exceptional service from the company. The goods arrived the next day and needless to say, iwas delighted. I would just like to say well done for providing quality clothing at competitive prices and outstanding customer service!!!!! I wish other companies would take a leaf out of your book!!!!!!! I certainly recommend tdf and have done to my work colleagues and friends !!!!!!!!!
