I ordered sweets from their site before Diwali and it was supposed to be delivered one day before Diwali. Not only they have failed to do it, they are now ghosting me completely when I am asking about the status of the order through only communicable method WhatsApp. I am really disappointed that I tried this site instead of bigger available online providers which provide far better service. I would like to warn others to be beware of them.
