Very bad experience worst experience chor h sale sab picture m kuch aur dikahte hai reality mai kuch aur bhejte hai bakwas cake taste n hau third grade plz don't order from this fraud hai ye chor kahi k mera money refund n kar rahe 100 rs k keemat hai 650 liye h mujhse aur cake bakwas bheja hai k koi janwar b na khaye plz don't order

I order cake and paid extra for the morning delivery but no update. Reached out to the whatsapp number and even tried calling them but no one picked or responded to the call. Even on chat, they start with "hi" and once I provide them the order number, they stop responding to the chat.
This is a scam that they are running.

I ordered a cake from cakegift. in on 07/08/21 and accordingly paid the money through paytm wallet. But they failed to deliver the order and did not repond to my mail either. Moreover they did not return the money, for which I think it is a fake website and urge people not to order anything from them and also take legal steps against the site

I ordered a cake for my brothers birthday . They took the money and never delivered . I had written innumerable mails but no response from them.
I would request all those who are looking to gifting a cake please look somewhere else. This is not a trustworthy organisation. Now I am looking at the reviews I can see so many people have been cheated and their special day ruined because of them. I wish the authorities would take notice and stop this organisation from cheating more people .

I had ordered - Delicious Almond Dry Cake- 500 gms. (Order 122647) for my mom's birthday but unfortunately a Plum cake got delivered and to make it worse it had RUM in it ! my unknowing parents ate a piece of that cake. Couldn;t get hold of any response for several days

If there was a way to give them negative Stars, I would definitely give it to them.

We ordered a cake and a chocolate+roses bouquet for my father in laws 70th birthday and booked for it to be delivered on 15th June between 10 am and 1pm. We checked and called the cakegift team around 4pm as we have not received the cake as yet. At this time, the order status was still 'received'. I called the guy and the person who answered mentioned that there was some delay and that it will be delivered before 6pm (6pm onwards is curfew in Hyderabad). I waited until 6pm and followed up with the guy again via phone and whatsapp. The guy kept on disconnecting my calls and there was no response to my messages either. Around 10pm, I received an email from them advising me that the order was completed. I waited until my in laws woke up to check and sure enough nothing was delivered and they marked it as complete! I am asking them for a refund which I will pursue with my credit card company.

The response on their behalf has been extremely unprofessional and irresponsible. I will be pursuing this matter further with them individually. I urge all those reading this review with a view to place an order with them, look somewhere else if you want your special days to be made special. These guys are definitely not the right pick!

Never buy from this site.. they are thugs.
They took order and payment but never delivered the product. And if you will call or mail them. They will not answer. After lot of calls messages mails.. they didn't respond me. Then I complained to consumer portal for taking strict action. Then I received my refund from them by the help of consumer portal (Jaago grahak jaago)
God knows, how many people like me they cheated!

They are the biggest fraud. They take your money and Never deliver you product. Infact they block your number and abuse you if you any how try to contact them. They left us only with one option and that is to take legal action.
