Quite a good bit of kit but it sometimes doesn’t shoot properly.

I brought a bb gun and the mag came broken so it messed up the rest of the gun and i didn't know it was that bad until I Brought a 2nd one. 2nd one was fine tho.

Gun developed a fault after a week. E-mailed but had no reply. E-mailed again, no reply. Downloaded form to return it off website. Has cost me over £5 to return a faulty product. I don't know if I'll get a refund. Terrible customer service. BEWARE.

I have a few BB guns from them but will not get any more have bought two from them recently one clearly used and the other BB gun had been put in the box before the paint had dried also ordered one was sent something different managed to contact them they removed the item I had bought and replaced it with something different saying they sent correct item despite being completely different and having different codes

I bought my Hubby a gun with 2 mags (one cartridge gas, the other refillable) the refillable one was leaking gas straight back out, i sent an email, they replied with a pre paid returns label, sent off the next day and we had the replacement within 3/4 of emailing. Fast and reliable service
