I had a problem with the TT33 pistol I brought for Christmas it took me a while to get through to them by telephone but when I did the man was very helpful and is going to replace it free of charge and to save me having to pay shipping costs he told me not to worry about sending the faulty one back

Ordered and received a bb gun Galaxy G13 XXL which did not work and fell apart, a replacement was sent which did not work also.
I did receive a refund but very dissatisfied with the product

Recommend you avoid this company. They are quick to take your money but after sales and item delivery is a disgrace!

Received a gun that didn't work, very cheap. Contacted the owners who asked for video evidence but unfortunately, the video exceeded the maximum size allowed to upload, therefore this was not an option, I explained the issue but my explanation went completely ignored. They took my money and ignored any chance of communication to return. Don't advise this company, will avoid for the future.
