"It never arrived and they won't refund me."

My gun was supposed to come on the 9th it's now the 17th and DHL has lost or the driver has stolen my gun £134 and these guys are refusing to refund me. Now I have to go through all the hassle of taking legal action.

"Scammed."

Stay clear. Ordered a magazine for my USP (4 months ago, as of this review) and never received it. Sent several emails but never received a single reply. Hope this review prevents someone else from making the same mistake I made.

"DO NOT BUY crap customer service"

DO NOT BUY! I've never had such crap customer service in all my life. My son used his birthday money to buy BB gun and for the 1st week I was trying constantly to get I'm touch as we couldn't get it to load. Eventually after alot of time they sent me a video. It still didnt work and I've since asked for a return to get his money back. They are completely ignoring me! They read my message and don't response. Gutted for my boy as his £40 out of pocket with a broken bb gun!

Ordered a AEG Pistol from them, it arrived within 3 days, and the pistol is great quality and had no faults. Not a 5 star because the order said i chose click and collect but it still got delivered, was confused by that, and the other thing was the bb guns battery pack was different to the one in the manual and required to be put into the gun differently but other than that great quality stuff, much better than other sites in the past

This is my first time ordering products from this site and I got to say that I absolutely am very happy with the service I got and that my order was dispatched very quickly.

Anything bought from here that arrives broken or breaks then forget trying to get money back or replacement….. never reply to emails an phone calls they tell you to email proof an never replay…. Worst company ever.
I gave up after about 30…… never replied to one.

"Buyer beware"

If you buy from onlybbguns you better hope the gun works because you will have a fight on your hands to get your money back. This company is either very devious or very inefficient. Wrong phone numbers, wrong email addresses - anything to discourage a claim. In the end I had to get help from Paypal who were brilliant. Can't be recommended
