Excellent report! I ordered a 30 year report and they went back 35 years! Also, they found two very old tax liens that everyone else seems to have missed!

I ordered the expanded title search which is supposed to include everything in public records. I paid $100 for a rush title search. When I submitted the order, I attached the full 40 year title abstract that I have for the property. I basically just needed an update. There is a judgment that I won on public records which was that I had won a variance to subdivide the land. This information was not included in the title search AND the title searcher just took the deed from the 40 year title abstract that I provided to with the order and just included some basic such as the grantor and grantee and he put that owe real estate taxes which is not correct. So, basically, I just got the deed that I sent with the order!!! The guy at the office said he will refund the order amount but regardless I am very disappointed with this service and won't use this service again.
