Not only was my laundry given to someone unauthorized as this was not the instructions provide. Its a new comforter and my 1st time using the service and getting it washed. It came back with a hige marker stain that was not there when they picked up. Customer service is no HELP! DONF USE IT. USE POPLin

@happynest maybe if your customer service tried to help me resolved instead of telling me what DIDNT HAPPEN, I wouldnt have yelled. I sent proof of marker use by your delivery person.
