At every stage of our cat flap install, cat out of glass provided top quality service. From initial contact right through to install day, the communication and explanations we received were clear and concise.

The installation itself was a breeze and was completed inside 30 minutes by a friendly chap who wore a mask in compliance with the C-19 rules.

This company provides a bespoke service - fitted a cat flap into our UPVC double glazed back door. All aspects service - ordering, installation and customer service were excellent. They are easy to contact and deal with. Everything is done in-house by their 'own staff'. Their geographical area is limited - but for anyone within it would strongly recommend over companies that cover larger areas with outsourced installation. Neighbours have used a number of these with rather less satisfactory experiences.
