Their communication was excellent throughout, with updates on progress on our order and responses to our queries.
CJ our fitter/installer was also excellent. Quick, careful, knowledgeable and polite. He even fixed our broken door hand.

We needed a replacement catflap in our kitchen door. We got an immediate response from the Office Manager, an explanation of the various options with pricing, and a potential instalment date. The pricing was very reasonable, so we chose Catoutofglass. The installer arrived and installed the pet door within the given time frame. He provided a friendly and tidy service. Communication with the Office Manager was timely, friendly and efficient throughout. We, including the cat, are very happy with the service!
