We just got our cat - Toffee - and have had a lot to think about as anxious first-time ‘parents’ including getting a cat flap fitted. After a lot of research I really liked the sound of this specialist company and it was the right choice! Sarah (office manager) and CJ (fitter, who also came round to do a site visit and measure up) were courteous, patient and just wonderful - giving us advice and guidance and sharing insights from their own experience as cat owners!! All the comms were speedy and comprehensive, the price quote clear and reasonable, the work speedy and thorough, and - just generally - they were wonderful to work with! Really happy and very grateful

The whole process was easy from start to finish. CJ who came to measure and install the glass was brilliant, and was very welcoming and friendly. He had the glass stalled within 15 minutes and he then helped me carry the spare glass to our loft. I would definitely recommend if you are in need of a cat flap.

I would 100% recommend Cat Out Of Glass to anyone looking to get a cat flap fitted, from the initial enquiry through to the day of fitting they have been extremely helpful. All emails have included clear and thorough instructions on what information they need and the next steps in the process.
Our glass has been fitted this morning by CJ who has done a fantastic job, he was professional and very friendly, he gave clear instructions on how to program the cat flap once our cats have arrived.

Such excellent service and lovely people. Sarah helped me organise, via email, what we needed and CJ came round to measure and then later fit our catflap and even fixed our other door which didn’t shut easily. Catflap also looks great and Brian loves it. If I ever needed another catflap I wouldn’t hesitate to get in touch with them again.
