"Avoid using them!"
Nearly at the end of the 8 weeks and no response yet apart from automated messages whenever contact them!
If you’re thinking of taking out a loan with Sunny, do you self a favour and DONT!! Save yourself money and headache and just get by without a loan!!
You’ll end up better off in the long run!!

After waiting 8 weeks for a response to my claim, I have to wait another 30 days to receive redress. Absolutely disgraceful. Quick to take your money but not when paying it back. Another crook payday lender

"Redress Payment"
There seems to be a recurring theme with redress payments, but as with the others, I am frustrated at the length of time it takes for Sunny to honour a redress claim. When you consider that money can be in your account within minutes of signing a credit agreement, it's poor to be told you need to wait 30 days for any kind of refund. I'm fully aware that there is a recent surge of these claims and probable refunds, but I still believe that the 30 days is excessive in comparison to other organisations who are undertaking a similar exercise (most of whom are issuing payments within 1 week). As I enter week 3 of waiting, I will update my review based on how Sunny proceed with my refund.
