I'm on day 26 of the 30 days expected to wait for the redress offer to be put in my account. 30 days is really too long to make customers wait considering that when I missed a payment I was hounded with phone calls and messages asking me to pay. Now I’m the one chasing for money I get radio silence. Sunny dealt with my initial complaint quickly which I applaud you for but not now when I am having to wait a ridiculous amount of time for the refund.
Will update when I receive my redress offer in my account.

Still no redress payment received. And i have emailed Elevate’s management including Mr Greever, with once again no response. For such a big company they seem to lack in customer service skills, very poor.

Had I left this review yesterday it would have been entirely different. I have been a customer with sunny for 5 years and have always paid my loans in FULL or before they even ended! I called today to ask for help with a small amount I am having trouble repaying due to a relationship breakdown and the gentleman I spoke to was not in the slightest bit sympathetic or helpful. I was trying to set up a payment plan and he was happy to let me fall into arrears to get a default for the sake of not telling me I needed to pay £5 more to meet the criteria of minimum payment. I am mortified that I’m in the position I am in and I was left feeling even worse after the conversation, talking to someone about your finances is embarrassing enough as it is and I plucked up the courage to call As I am desperate to get it sorted after burying my head in the sand for so long and was made me to feel stupid. I spoke to two other companies today as I am determined to get my finances in order and the way I was spoken to was
SO different. So disappointed!
