Have lodged a complaint and had them come back to me to saying that the 15 of the 17 loans I had with them were reasonable, not happy with how they have treated my complaint which in the long run has caused financial difficulty...

Do not use Sunny for your payday loans. They are quick to give the loans out without going into further details about affordability such as a bank statement etc.

Given I get a response and my complaint is fully upheld or I get a decent response from them I will rethink my review.
