absolutely............... brilliant , needed a bluray dvd duplicator for my projects , did a search on the web came across this company , very pleasant technical and sales people , they listen to what you want , over the moon with their service and keeps you informed of the progress of your order.. my duplicator came carefully packed from a very caring courier company , on opening the box my duplicator is well made using the best drives and componants .. i would strongly recommend span.com .. brilliant company 1000 out of 1000 gold stars ... brilliant

"If you want a NAS this is the company to use."

I spent a lot of time looking at places to buy my Synology NAS and liked the specialist service that Span seemed to offer. Also of interest was the free Spanstore Build & Test which looked as if it would save a lot of time setting up. Communication was excellent and although I had some problems using Paypal, Span were very helpful on the phone. Communication was excellent and they let me know when all my testing was done and that my NAS had been despatched. The price I paid was very reasonable and I even got a small discount on Black Friday.
