Ordered a NAS drive for next day delivery. Received an email the following day asking if i wanted and additional service from SPAN. When i rang and asked where the NAS was, i was told it wouldnt be delivered until the following day. No apology was offered. Cancelled my order and wont be using them again.

While the website looks like it was designed by someone from the earlier 90s who took a time machine to work for span.com, I received what I need quickly and well packaged. I was also well informed of the status of my command over time. Really good experience.
But yeah, could definitely improve the website's experience :)

Great service. reason for 4 star is DPD who delivered the product at neighbors house despite someone being present at deliver address.
