They didn't have tickets their website listed originally, but promptly called me back and offered slightly different (but very similar time-wise) tickets for slightly higher price - which I would've bought anyway if their website showed them instead of the ones they didn't have.

Customer support was fast and clear, cheers to Alex.
Deceptive ticket display is unpleasant so overall 3/5 stars.
Optimal strategy might be to call them right away instead of booking via website for correct information first time over.
