"This company is a scam"

This company is a scam. I was sent a "messy bun" I ordered in strawberry blonde, and instead got a hideous yellow platinum blonde color with dark brunette highlights. Every time I write to them I get an offer of a larger discount on the piece I purchased, and the same discount to order something else from them. I was told I could mail it back to China at my own expense. Ordered this through PayPal so I will eventually get my money back, but I have to correspond with these people for two weeks before they'll look at the issue. If I don't get my refund through PayPal, I'll go through BOA and have it removed from my credit card. I've had that done before with astounding success. Do not order anything from this company. Also, if you go directly to wiggy.com, you get an error message stating that the URL does not exist. I tried it on three browsers. Good luck to those of you trying to get your money back, but keep at it with your bank or PayPal if you used those. If you used Zelle or Venmo, you just need to write it off as a bad experience and use Trust Pilot before you purchase from any online company that isn't well-known.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Ordered a clip on pony tail a month ago. Never received it. They don't respond to paypal. From other reviews this seems to be the norm. They only offer 30% of your purchase price on returns or non deliveries. I think this is their scam. Gave me two tracking numbers and both were bogus PLUS the hair pieces aren't what they show you on their website.
What can you expect. ITS FREAKIN CHINA!

"It’s a rip off!"

I have been waiting for over two months. I ordered two items two months before Christmas just to make sure I’d receive them in time for Christmas. That did not happen. It is 3 January still have not received my product and there is no customer service number to call and all it says on my order is that it’s still in route. It’s been saying that now for almost 10 weeks. I spent over $71 and can’t get a hold of them and from what I’m reading with all these One star reviews I will probably not get my money back. Do not! Whatever you do waste your money on this company!

I ordered several wigs and did not get a collector discount even though they were bought separately, they should’ve been combined so that I would’ve gotten a discount. I’m just praying that these wigs are nice. I’ve never had one of your wigs in hoping that they’ll work. Thank you Joyce Richard.

They purposely send you wrong one and say colour is off! Then they offer you 30% back money which could be 7.00 on a 50.00 order somehow calculated
That’s how they make money
They will never admit wrong and never return money- Forewarned
