"Cheap quality and bad smell"

The hat is cheap and too large. Velcro tab in back snags hair. Wig had bad smell. Requested a refund and got the runaround. Paid $30 and I'm a chemo pt. They cheated me!

Beware of this company if you buy a wig and THEY send you the wrong one ! They do not honor their return policy and you can't get your money back !!!!

I ordered a blonde wig under a white cap. I got a black wig under a buff colored cap. I could not find a way to contact the company to ask for an exchange...wish I had read the reviews ahead of ordering!!! don't order from here.

Do not buy their products. The hair is sparse and looks terrible.
I complained and sent photos and was told they would refund me 30%.
When I complained they said fir me to send it back and they would refund. The cost of postage would not be worth it. A very dissatisfied customer

These are total rubbish. Theplastic ring broke off the storage container upon first opening. The hair itself is very stripey in colour (like bad tiger foils from the 90s), and the pony tail option on the plastic clip is barely enough hair to make 1/3 of a thin persons hair in a pony tail. The clip itself is very small,less than 1/3 the size of a usual clip you would buy in Woolworths.

0 is what I would rate these leeches. They took over $40 more out of my bank than the order cost. I wrote to them straight away and told them to put that money back into my account but they have refused. Based in China but charges US dollars but doesn't display the US in the currency! Stay away from them and order these wigs cheaper on ebay with PayPal so you are covered!
