I would give no stars if possible. Merchant is a scam for returns. Color was not like pictured on website. Called merchant to return and they are no longer answering phone. I sent via UPS to Los Angeles, CA from where it was mailed n on their website. UPS has now received it back for me to pick up. Thankfully I paid with my credit card and received credit for this. Do not pay with debit card as very unlikely you will ever get your money refunded.

This company has terrible customer service. Will not give a refund when the color hair on the ponytail clip in is totally not the same as their picture. I would never buy anything from them ever again. 😡😡😡

Ordered 2 wigs end of jan 2022 rec'd feb 17 2022 and did not like what I saw . asked to return it. saw ca address but return address is china and I have to pay for it? probably cost $20 to resend it and paid $82 they offered 20% refund & I keep it? that's $16 refund? that's shipping cost and if I return it whats my chances of receiving refund?? this scares me not knowing what to do??? I think I been scammed.

"Very unsatisfied with Wigyy and…"

Very unsatisfied with Wigyy and customer service. I ordered one of the Halo Wigyy extensions in November and when it arrived it did not match the colour described/in the photo. However, I decided to put this down to my error and accept it was a chance I took. I have since changed hair colour and decided to give it another go. Sadly, again the colour is not as described or photographed. I have since emailed the service@ email address as advised on all order emails and messaged using their social media page, but no-one has had the courtesy to acknowledge my request to return the items or to respond in any way to me. Extremely disappointed and frustrated in the total lack of customer service from Wigyy.com. I wouldn't recommend using them I am sad to say.

I ordered a copper red braided head band and they sent a brown one. I will never order from this company again. I would think twice before ordering from this company. They don't give you any kind of return instructions. Your pretty much stuck with what they send you.

Wiggy is the best for holding my wigs on. My head is small (petite) however, and I would like to have a tighter wiggy fit.

Sent my mother a wig totally different than what she ordered. Asked her to send photos of the wig they sent and still refused to give a full refund. She was told by email she would have to pay for the return of the wig. Then offered her 20% of the cost of the wig and she can keep it. She didn't know where she would have to send it. California or China. So she accepted the 20% Which they did not send. They sent her $7. The cost of the wig was $39.99. BE CAREFUL when you purchase from this company. They say they are in CA but they are in China based on the email.

The choices were great not a lot of choices of what I was looking for. But I love the wig I got had several completes on it. The process was easy to go through.

I'd give a 0 if i could. I ordered a salt and pepper kinky curly wig with head band. What I got was something that looks like part of a clown costume,texture 1 step up from yarn.
