"Buyer Beware"

I ordered 2 very blonde long hair wigs, what I received was a 4" darks roots and dark golden blonde wig. Nothing at all like the photo. I'm still going round and round with customer service, who tried to tell me that it was the wig I ordered, so I sent them a picture of the wig that arrived to me with the 4-in dark roots and the picture off their website which was a very platinum blonde with no dark roots. And I said you mean to tell me this is the same wig, I don't think so. You have a chance to make this right so please do it. And I'm sure I'll get the same song and dance again because I had ordered two of those Platinum wigs and the second one arrived today and it's the same dang color. So either they are color blind or just plain ignorant on what colors are. Knowing I will not get a refund and I'll be danged if I'll ship them back at the price that I've read on these reviews so far. Just don't buy from them and if you really look closely the models of the wigs, that's actually their real hair on some of them, not all, but some.

The product is very low quality. Doesn’t look like real hair. The color grey looks like blue. I’ve ordered from other companies. If someone is reading this review run away fast. Look up LUXY. Super good quality and much more professional. The wigyy company is just a cheap China scam. They do not respond and stand by their return policy. Give your business to LUXY. A little more pricy but it is real hair. Beautiful quality. I’m so disappointed in WIGYY.

The product once delivered was nothing like the product advertised, the quality is poor, I ordered 2 pieces and the color of 1 is nothing like the color I ordered so totally redundant to me
After numerous emails backwards and forwards I was offered a refund once the product was returned but this process is very complicated
In hindsight I should have looked at reviews before purchase, this would have saved me 100 plus dollars, lesson learned 😞

This is a terrible unusable product and when you want to return it for a refund as per their website you can only ship to China which will cost you more than the product! Buyer beware!!!

I wish I had read the reviews before I placed my order😱I ordered 2 weeks ago. they arrived in the mail today very low quality they look nothing like what they advertise on the Internet so I’ll just chalk this up as a loss because I see people are having problems trying to return the items. My great nieces will have them to play with😂😂 .

I’ve been arguing with Wigy Support for weeks! First week ignored completely; 2nd week-offered 20%discount on $60 wig.
I finally sent it to Menlo, CA address where it was Returned-non-existent business! Last week told me to return to China then I’d get Refund. They know it would cost more than $60 to return it!!!! Terrible customer service! Terrible quality wig! A clown would not wear it! Very disappointed & will warn every body!!! But nothing from this company!

I ordered one wig 6/9/2022, 6/10/2022 Wigyy went back into my account and reorder the same wig. I was sent two of the same wig, I've emailed several times and got no response, for a return address, so that I can send the duplicate back. I don't want to do business with you anymore.
