"DO NOT PURCHASE - HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE"
I purchased two wigs from this company on March 1st after seeing them on Instagram several times. After my order went through, I went to this website and others to see more reviews of them and I discovered this is a complete sham of a company. I sent in a cancellation email for my wigs within the first 20 minutes of ordering yet the company continued to send out my wigs. In the process of attempting to cancel my order and get my refund, it took them two days to respond to my email and they continued with shipping the wigs. They attempted to offer a 10% refund on the wigs and continue to ship them but I stated that was not what I wanted, I wanted a full refund and cancellation as I stated in my original customer service email. It took them two more days to respond and they said that they could not cancel my order and refund me because they had already shipped the items, and to "wait patiently for a few days and see if [I] will like [the wigs]." This is completely unacceptable business practices. Do not purchase from this company.

Not even 1 star recommendations.. I should have read all the reviews before purchasing..I purchased from Australia online (fb), $79 aus dollars ended being more out of my bank, been 2 weeks and still waiting for my heedious rubbish order..judging by all the reviews

"Color of the hair was way off"
Color of the hair was way off. They tried to discount the order for me to keep it. I have no use for it. They sent me a 5 line long return address for china which the post office said they couldn’t use. I asked for a valid return address and haven’t heard back.

Dang it took a long time to receive my two wigs, and reviews were making me nervous about what I would receive, if I ever would, but I have to say that I love these wigs!! They look exactly as they did in the Wigyy site photos. I have to say that I’m pretty happy with my purchase.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS. If you are unhappy they will do nothing about it. I have been going back and fourth with them for over a week with daily emails back and fourth and all they keep saying is will you accept a 10% refund and keep the hair. WHY THE F$&K WOULD I KEEP THE HAIR IF I CANT USE IT!! Give me my money back it’s that simple. I’m livid!! Do not buy from them. WIGGY MAKE THIS RIGHT!!

"I placed my order January 5th"
I placed my order January 5th, and I have not received it. 23 days, and all I get are useless updates. They said nothing about being in China. They said that international shipping would be 7 - 15 days. I requested a refund, and have not received that either. If I were you, I would not order from this company!!

"Customer service is terrible"
Customer service is terrible: our rep "Daniel" didn't respond to our requests to cancel the purchase and refund the money. He simply replied with "Don't worry, it's on the way." I don't know where it's coming from, but it has been a month, which is way to long in our opinion.

Ordered a wig for the first time in my life and I'm not very impressed with what I received.
First of all they don't tell you they ship from freaking China, and that your order will take nearly a month to reach you. Yes it says that on their website but only in fine print on the shipping page and you have to look it up yourself.
Nowhere during the checkout process was I made aware of this. Also, the quality is subpar. It LOOKS like a wig. They put brown netting at the front of the cap which can clearly be seen so you can tell I'm wearing a wig.
Now I'll have to dye the front of the wig. I'll likely just end up paying for hair extensions now.

I wish I would have read reviews on here before giving this company money. Customer service does not exist. I need to return a brand new unopened wig under their 60 days return policy, but they have never responded making it impossible. I guess I have wasted money on a wig I don’t want now.
