"Great FLIT customer support experience"
I had a great experience with getting my FLIT bike fixed after noticing a few issues with it, only a few weeks into owning the bike. These issues included a damaged retaining hook and a higher-than-normal noise while riding. I highlighted these to them over email, and after a few emails back and forth, someone from FLIT came to my house to look at this on a Sunday night. I was very grateful that they could come by so promptly and even over the weekend as I needed the bike in the few days right after this. They were very assured and came prepared with all the tools and parts needed. As a result, they were able to identify and fix all the issues right away, including providing a replacement part free of charge for the retaining hook. And they quickly identified that the noise while riding was coming from a misaligned mudguard rubbing against the wheel, and this was easily readjusted to its correct position. Based on this experience, I can rest assured that if anything else crops up with my bike in the future, the FLIT team will be on hand to deal with them. I really enjoy the bike as well but it is this high level of customer service and support that really makes FLIT stand out to me.

"Impressive long range commuting e-bike"
Solidly made, long range* folding e-bike. The bike is stylish, easy to fold and unfold and beautifully designed. The ideal scenario for it is the urban commute, but I have used it off-road on grass paths, and in the countryside, using a local station as the base for a day out.
*They claim around 50km and that seems conservative.

The bike is solidly built but more importantly, the team is amazing. Huge thanks to Gemma, Dave, Alex who were friendly and yet very professional. After a very long search for a folding electric bike, Flit16 was the best one for me. Well done everyone.

"The bike arrived quickly"
The bike arrived quickly. Easy set up and I really like how it rides. It rides well with no assist and on minimal assist and I got up a fair bill on level 3 with some effort, but not major exertion and on max assist riding up the hill was easy. My only problem is that I found keeping a grip on the cross bar to carry it folded was difficult for me, I’m presuming because I have small hands

"Excellent bike and excellent customer…"
Excellent bike and excellent customer service. Before the bike arrived emails with unboxing instructions were sent so when I unboxed it I was reassured I was not going to damage anything. When I turned the bike on an error was displayed. I emailed the company and got a phone call straight back explaining what the issue could be. This did not rectify the problem so someone else was contacted and a video explaining the issue was sent and I managed to sort it out and get on my way, it was just a cable that had come loose in transit.
Lovely bike, comfortable ride, easy to use.

Excellent company. Their product is brilliantly designed - the best folding electric bike out there, and maybe the best folding bike per se. They keep making refinements to the design - and, when they do, they help you update your bike, sometimes in person. They're also very quick to respond to any questions or issues.

When was the last time a company contacted you about having a product serviced, Free of Charge? I'm guessing never and this is where FLIT are exemplary. One of FLITs engineers came and visited to service AND complete a free upgrade of my FLIT-16. Alex was brilliant and being so important in the company he was not only servicing, he was assessing the bike too. I cannot recommend this young company enough with regard to their customer service, Gemma too has been brilliant and super helpful when ever I have contacted about small issues or questions. To surmise, FLIT ARE the benchmark when it comes to customer experience and everyone else needs to step up! Thank you for being brilliant and long may this continue, you've earned it and deserve it. A very happy customer.
