Very impressed with my Flit bike so far. I haven't needed any customer service but they've been great at reaching out to me, checking everything is ok and even coming out to me to give a bike service and upgrade some components - all free of charge.
Nice to see a British start-up doing so well.

Having one of the very first bikes, there are been a few developments and enhancements along with a couple of mishaps on my part. Each and every time, I am greeted with enthusiastic excitement from each member of the Flit team I have met. The bike is superb, the Flit team are exceptional.

This bike ticked everything I was looking for when I originally wanted to get into cycling. Its well designed to take on the Brompton electric offering. Cannot fault it nor can I fault the customer service recieved from the team along the way. 10/10 all round.

Needed a spare part to replace a broken hinge. The Flit team responded quickly to my request for assistance, sent the part and even a video to explain how to replace it. Genuinely excellent service - always courteous and responsive. It's rare to find this level of engagement and support.

A replacement mudguard component was needed for my Flit-16, not the whole kit. Flawless and attentive service from the Flit Team as usual. The query was answered within 48 hours and the replacement part arrived by return.
Cannot recommend Flit highly enough or the product they offer.

It was lovely to see Alex again and really kind of him to go out of his way to service our gorgeous flit and fit an upgraded part. He was so helpful, he even took the hook for keeping the folded bike together off his own bike and fitted it to ours as we had mislaid it! We’re just so impressed with all the flit team. Thank you

Had a problem with the rear wheel not easily "latching" when the bike was unfolded. Was offered a complete service, at which this problem was solved and various other minor upgrades were applied.
Problem solved, very satisfied with the personal approach and attention to detail.

Bike looks great, appreciate the design, seems sturdy, rides well, folds to a handy package that fits in the car. Looks like an ideal commuter and so far I'm very happy with it.
Technically what I would like to see improved is fitting hydraulic brakes and doing something to the welding joints on the frame to make them less obvious up close. Though they're not terrible, I'm just being picky. But then it would all cost way more I guess.
The team and customer support is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Wish they stay that way once they get bigger as a company. I also appreciate all the work put into providing online resources and instructional videos. Comprehensive and easy to follow.
About the website, maybe a professional bias, but the webapp or its underlying infrastructure badly needs some performance optimization. Response times in 5 sec range are not acceptable.
