First off, Isaac was the only person out of five different people that help me today. He was a godsend without a doubt. The inherent issue is that I had to call five different numbers in five different people to get a simple solution as a login issue. Not only that the text base version couldn’t confirm my verbal passcode. How am I supposed to trust a security system that can’t even properly help me in due time? Even more so I waited 12 hours for a technician to text me back with an issue I had last night. If it weren’t for Isaac I would’veDemanded that you cancel my subscription. You currently have a bad card on file with me when it comes time to pay for next month I’m seriously going to reconsider it. Again, Isaac was amazing please promote that man immediately.

I had a new control panel put in a few weeks ago. The tech didn't install it correctly or make sure the signal was good before leaving. Now my connection in weak and I had a window broken from the outside and didn't receive a warning signal. I won't feel safe until this issue is corrected.
