Unfortunately one of our traveller's surname was incorrectly spelt despite spelling this out to your telephone sales person. Rang contact no given and requested this to be amended on the receipt. They said this would be done but the e-mailed receipt has not been amended as yet.

But we did so because their website was clear, they are ATOL protected and Jasmine, who we spoke to over a couple of days was so friendly and so helpful.
They have an asset there in their sales department, as I hope they realise.
