We were quoted a drinks package (incorrectly). But when booking, the "quote" was not upheld. To my mind, a quote is a quote, and that is that, but apparently not so.
BE CAREFUL - Always double check your figures, otherwise you could find yourselves £'s out on what you originally thought. We did not go for the drinks package, but will be taking the matter further!

ROL staff really do know their stuff. They are able to answer even the more obscure questions and handle the booking process very efficiently. To top it all off bookings earn cruise miles giving money off future bookings.
